Zadanie kluczowe:
1. Zapoznanie się z dokumentacją niezbędną do realizacji zlecenia (rysunek techniczny, przewodnik technologiczny)
2. Dobór i przygotowanie narzędzi skrawających
3. Ustalenie parametrów skrawania
4. Realizacja bieżących zleceń produkcyjnych zgodnie z posiadana dokumentacją techniczną (rysunek techniczny, przewodnik technologiczny)
5. Kontrola jakości wykonywanych detali, polegająca na sprawdzeniu wymiarów na zgodność z dokumentacją, tolerancji i pasowań
6. Realizacja zleceń produkcyjnych dotycząca modernizacji i usprawnień oprzyrządowania i wyposażenia produkcyjnego
7. Czyszczenie i konserwacja maszyny i narzędzi oraz stanowiska pracy
8. Wykonywanie podstawowych prac ślusarskich takich jak: trasowanie, piłowanie ręczne i maszynowe, cięcie, wiercenie, szlifowanie, gwintowanie, nitowanie, prostowanie
9. Kontrola jakości wykonanych prac ślusarskich
Wymagania kwalifikacyjne:
1. Wykształcenie zasadnicze lub techniczne o kierunku operator obrabiarek skrawających - specjalność tokarz lub kurs przygotowujący do zawodu tokarza
2. 3-5 letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w wykonywaniu prac z zakresu obróbki skrawaniem
3. Znajomość rysunku technicznego
4. Zdolności manualne
5. Sumienność, dokładność, obowiązkowość, cierpliwość oraz dobra koordynacja wzrokowo-ruchowa
6. Umiejętność pracy w zespole
