**Junior Trade Marketing Manager**
**THE ROLE**
We're looking for a proactive and energetic **Junior Trade Marketing Manager** to join our Customer Marketing team in Warsaw. In this role, you'll help shape and execute trade marketing strategies for some of our leading Body Care brands, with a strong focus on key discount retailers and shopper engagement.
This is a hands-on position where your expertise will directly impact how shoppers experience our brands in-store and online, while strengthening retailer partnerships and driving category performance.
Key responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute customer-specific trade marketing plans for Body Care brands across discount retail channels, with a strong shopper-centric approach
+ Coordinate POS production and deployment with third-party partners, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and shopper insights
+ Plan, execute, and evaluate shopper-facing trade activities (e.g., consumer contests, loyalty programs, in-store activations) tailored to specific retailers
+ Conduct competitive benchmarking and category analysis to inform shopper and trade strategy
+ Prepare reports and presentations to support internal and external communication
+ Bring a proactive and innovative approach to shopper engagement and trade initiatives
+ Contribute to the annual trade marketing plan for the Body Care category
+ Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal ROI
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Category Management) and external partners

**YOU ARE A COTY FIT**
You are passionate about beauty! As a Junior Trade Marketing Manager, you will get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you have:
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally with exposure to shopper marketing in beauty, personal care, or FMCG
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action
+ Experience working with large retailers or discount chains
+ Fluency in Polish and English
+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ A proactive, "own it-drive it" attitude and strong team spirit
+ Experience gained at AC Nielsen / GFK would be an advantage
